Zahir Clothings Ltd is highly concerned about to prevent wastage and rejection aspects in around the company and the impact on Zahir Clothings Ltd activities towards rejection and wastage protection. Company takes every possible measure to minimize rejection and wastage protection as much as possible.
Water: Drinking water is only for drinking. Zahir Clothings Ltd trying its best to make sure that everybody has free access to safe drinking water provided at each working area. All workers are trained to prevent misuse of water. There are separate place for washing facilities.
Power: In addition to general power supply, Electric Generator is available to use. Workers and management are aware on using power. No body of this factory left his workplace and machines without switching off the power line.
Fabrics: The objective of Zahir Clothings Ltd is to be engaged efficiently, responsibility and profitably in the garments manufacturing trade. The management seeks the standards of performance and aims to prevent wastage and rejection of fabrics during cutting.
Accessories: Accessories materials used in this factory during finishing and packing are cartoon, poly, papers etc. During production process, some accessories and fabrics turned as wastage. Respective are trained to reduce the rejection and wastage of all accessories.
Re-use: Accessories materials like gumtape, thread, polythine and papers can be re-use. So there are arrangement to re-use this type of accessories.
