As per the requirements of international Labor Organization there must a workers Participant committee in the factory. The General workers will select their representatives who will listen to the problems/obligations raised by the workers an intimate to the top management for early action and implementation. The representatives of wpc should be formed by the normal workers and management.
As the top management is very much aware to solve
every problems of the workers they will discuss in a month with the workers
directly to have compliance weather the points of discussion of the wpc and
normal workers same or not.
